The electronics for valve actuators with wear-resistant brushless motors feature several integrated functions specific to applications: in case of overload it switches off with an alarm warning, the motor current and/or power is reduced if the temperature is too high. In order to reduce production costs it is possible to adapt to valves of different sizes by automatic setup routines. Manual operation is possible by two push buttons. The electronics come with two “sealing functions” for safe closing in the end position as well as an obstacle detection with optional, adjustable reversal.
