The electro-hydraulic notching unit type KLS can mechanically notch and shape the lateral profile of 25mm double standing seam plates to prepare them for installation. Round cut-outs are cut into on one side of the profiled plates and these are then pushed forward. The burr-free cut avoids tearing during assembly. The plates can be installed either from the left to the right or from the right to the left. The KLS can be used to machine both parallel and oblique or conical plates.

Fold-overs are produced by a manual segment folding bench. Exchange the notching unit to notch and shaped other profile heights. The notching width is infinitely adjustable from 30-80mm.
