基于 CF63 法兰的紧凑型电子回旋共振离子源，束流最高可达 15 千伏

TES-63 依托安装于 CF63 刀口法兰的 TES 谐振腔设计，可承受最高 15 千伏的束流能量。

TES-63 提供三种型号：

TES-63 是 TES 系列中唯一配备扫描器选配件的型号，可实现束流精准偏转并在指定表面进行扫描。借助波形发生器，束流轨迹可实现光栅扫描或任意曲线扫描。

选配双极性功能后，该离子源可交替产生离子束与电子束，从而以单一源体满足多种应用需求。
