The 1000 series is composed of enclosed orbital welding heads developed by Magnatech LLC. The series is consisting of five models with cover tubes in a size that ranges from 25 mm up to 75 mm or 1 inch up to 3 inches O.D. It makes tube to tube and tube to fitting welds in less time with precision and repeat ability. The double clamping design provides simplification of work piece fit up and delivers elimination of stack welding in many cases.
