The EP-SMP is a suspended electro-magnetic separator consists of electromagnets and permanent magnet plates that make this equipment a suitable tool for iron separation. Its primary function is to split precise iron particles from a flow of inert material. This holds the particles securely until the operator transfers out its detachment. The permanent magnet plate is composed of a circuit in soft iron possessing low carbon tenor and a set of permanent magnets in Sr-ferrite. This SMP plate is integrated with a magnetic field geometry that has three poles having a middle core and two side ones.
