Gauss Magneti‘s P-PM Electromagnetic Pulleys are part of the company’s line of separation systems. These pulleys are generally utilized for applications that involve managing ferromagnetic intrusions that exist in the process material. They automatically eliminate the intrusion elements at the point the conveyors leave the rollers on their return ways. They are capable of single-mounted operations, or operations that require integration with other magnetic equipment.

Other features of the P-PM series include overboard separators (used if component layers are thick) that present magnetic fields downwards, and magnetic pulleys that provide magnetic fields upwards. The two magnetic fields deliver true magnetic “washing” functions of the material flow. Magnetic pulleys can be dimensioned to include similar dimensions of the roller devices they replace.
