10型减压调节器
Equilibar 10型减压调节器结构紧凑，易于通过顶部安装的旋钮进行调节。阀盖顶部有螺纹孔，便于面板安装，壁装也有支架。
工作原理
10型系列调节器使用力平衡原理来控制控制输出压力的阀总成的运动当调节器调整到特定的设定点时，正偏压弹簧的向下力使隔膜组件向下移动供给阀打开，使空气通过出口。当达到设定点时，正偏压弹簧施加的向下力由作用在隔膜组件上的下游压力的力平衡。合力使供给阀向上移动，以减少流向出口的空气流量。通过平衡作用在隔膜组件顶部和底部的力，保持出口压力。
10型系列是为需要高容量和精确过程控制的应用而设计的。一种提升阀，通过使用滚动隔膜进行平衡，即使在供应压力变化较大的情况下，也能确保恒定的输出压力在不同的流量条件下，通过使用根据流速调节空气供应的吸气管来保持调节压力的稳定性。
