Designed for a broad range of high volume applications of various consumer, automotive, medical and industrial products, the SM5470 Series sensors are not temperature compensated or calibrated. This enables customers to embed low cost pressure sensors into their own circuitry and provide their own temperature compensation. The SM5470 series are available for medium pressure ranges from 0.15 to 0.8 PSID, or 1 to 6 kPa.
