Description

The electro-hydraulic bending station UKST is designed to be flanged to the profiling machines of the Quadro series or as an independent unit to fold diamonds shaped plates, shingles or coffered roof slabs. The bending station is installed downstream from the Quadro profiling machine or it may be controlled by an independent controller. The bending operation is programmed into the controller of the profile shaping system and included in the production process. A segment bending strip is installed on a unit with the hydraulic equipment that is flanged to the machine and connected to the Quadro – controller.
