To perfectly, quickly and easily cut to size parallel, diagonal and trapezoidal metal sheets that are supplied by a coil or as sheet metal plates. The user-friendly programmable controller only requires the entry of the dimensions a / b / c to determine the setting of the position for the special cutting head and the cross-cutting shear. When the material is fed, the cutting head moves in accordance with the preselected angle. A roller knife trims the edges of the material to ensure flexible handling. The infeed width is continuously adjustable up to 1,250 mm.

The KONI 2000 is equipped with an infeed that consists of a fixed and an adjustable stop. The fixed and the adjustable stop of the sheet guide on the sides are equipped with ball bearings for low edge-wear strip infeed. The infeed width is continuously and precisely adjustable from a min. of 200mm to a max. of 1,250mm. The strip feeder is also equipped with specially coated low-wear feed rollers. Cross-cutting as well as the angle cutting is performed by cutting heads with high quality tool steel roller blades.
