产品介绍:

多面扫描镜(Polygonal Scanners):可实现大范围、超高速、高精度与高重复性的激光光束扫描。多面扫描镜装置包括电机与多面棱镜,多面棱镜具有多个反射面,并安装在电动机的旋转轴上。通过电机的旋转,多面棱镜可实现高速旋转,从而实现大角度、高速的光束扫描。

 应用领域:医学成像、薄膜检测、材料加工、激光印刷制版、印刷线路板检测

我们的多面扫描镜有空气轴承与球轴承两种类型,可实现超过100kHz的扫描速度。

空气动力轴承设计(Aerodynamic Air BearingDesigns)该设计适用于重量小于120克的多边棱镜。基于该设计的扫描镜速度范围为6,000~55,000 rpm, MTBF超过20,000小时,且无需额外空气动力驱动。

空气静力轴承设计(Aerostatic Air BearingDesigns): 该设计适用于对动态轨迹和速度稳定性有极高要求的领域。基于该设计的扫描镜速度范围为0~30,000 rpm

球轴承设计(Ball Bearing Deisgns): 该设计适用于大范围低速扫描领域。

我们可根据客户应用要求推荐合适的产品或提供定制化的产品。我们可提供的棱镜尺寸范围为1英寸~14英寸。多面扫描镜的速度稳定性(Jitter down to 0.01%)由速度与负载决定。

RTA多面扫描镜(Ready-To-Assemble Polygonal Scanners): 我们的RTA多面扫描镜包括基于球轴承(ball bearing motor)设计,速度范围625~10000 RPM的扫描镜与基于空气动力轴承动力(self-generating air bearing motor),速度范围10000~55000 RPM的扫描镜。我们扫描镜的扫描速率范围是195Hz117KHz。我们提供针对红外激光应用的保护金镀膜,我们也可根据客户要求定制适用不同波长与尺寸的产品。
