The Laserstar dual component welder 7700 series is suitable for several custom and unique integration applications that need to meet requirements of metal joining, assembly, and repair applications. It is very compact, portable, having a dual component design, as a result of which it is easily and quickly integrated with class 1 and class 4 configurations. Operators are able to hold components in hand and view it via a stereo-microscope. They can align and weld the parts with the help of an internal cross-hair. Materials like 300 and 400 series stainless steels, mild steels, nickel and nickel alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, titanium, and precious metal alloys (gold, silver, and platinum) can be laser welded. Laserstar offers 100 watt, 150 watt, 200 watt power to meet various needs.
