Product Description: Silicone Grease NLGI#3 O-Ring and Valve Lubricant (Silicone Compound) is an NLGI #3 (stiffest consistency) Silicone Grease, formulated with polydimethylsiloxane (CAS # 63148-62-9) and inert silica filler. The NLGI#3 rating is the stiffest silicone grease and used in applications where high vacuum and high pressure are present. Due to its ultra stiff consistency, it will not wash off easily, and is extremely tenacious in staying on the surface. If you require 100% silicone grease that is not as stiff, we offer the 3005 (NLGI#2).
