测量原理
分析所依据的测量原理与氧化锆的使用有关,氧化锆在高温下可以表现得像固态电解质,在与不同 O 2浓度(分压)接触的两个电极上产生电动势,与以开尔文度 (°K) 为单位的温度以及两个压力 PO 2 ‘ 和 PO 2 ”之间的比率的对数(根据能斯特众所周知的比率)成正比:
