测量原理
分析所依据的测量原理与氧化锆的使用有关，氧化锆在高温下可以表现得像固态电解质，在与不同 O 2浓度（分压）接触的两个电极上产生电动势，与以开尔文度 (°K) 为单位的温度以及两个压力 PO 2 ‘ 和 PO 2 ”之间的比率的对数（根据能斯特众所周知的比率）成正比：
