TE Technology,帕尔贴热电模块,微型模块

微型模块是半导体元件占地面积小于1.0平方毫米的设备,对于给定尺寸的模块,允许更多数量的耦合。这些模块的热表面和冷表面都进行了金属化处理(但不是镀锡焊料),它们适用于通过焊接或压缩(推荐压缩)进行安装。TE Technology专有的防潮和加固“封装”可作为一种选择。这些模块的额定使用温度高达80°c。
