HP4750X Stirred Cell 是 Sterlitech 的一款耐化学腐蚀搅拌式膜过滤装置，可在高压条件下完成多种膜分离实验。

该设备通常用于：

独特设计：该装置顶部可轻松拆卸，用于向容器中加入最多300 mL溶液。底部同样可拆卸，便于更换膜片。该设计可实现低至1 mL的滞留体积，从而减少宝贵溶液的浪费。

高压操作：HP4750（X）搅拌式过滤池可完成从微滤到反渗透的多种分离过程。标准型号设计的安全工作压力为69 bar（1000 psig）（HP4750X：172 bar（2500 psig））。

惰性气体加压源：标准压缩空气或惰性气体来源可提供可调节、安全且稳定的压力，用于实现分离操作。由于HP4750（X）搅拌式过滤池无需泵来提供操作压力，因此可安全处理挥发性溶液。Sterlitech提供压力调节器和安全泄压阀。

机械搅拌结构：Sterlitech可为HP4750（X）提供可选的机械搅拌器。

兼容标准膜片：HP4750（X）搅拌式过滤池可兼容任意47–50 mm直径的膜片。为方便使用，Sterlitech提供预切割及包装膜片，包含单一类型或组合套装，涵盖RO、NF、UF、MF、FO、OSN及MD等多种膜类型。

可高压灭菌：所有组件均可完全进行高压灭菌和消毒处理。
