电流探头
各类EMI规范(如MIL-STD-461/2)要求的电流探头是基于环形变压器原理设计的测量装置,用于检测供电线路或其他导体中的射频电流。
应用说明
电流探头作为信号拾取装置,可与射频干扰测量接收机或频谱分析仪的50Ω输入端配合使用,实现对单根导线或线束中射频电流的测量。
产品描述
无需与携带EMI电流的导体直接电气连接:探头可开启并将导体穿入环形磁芯窗口,闭合后即构成以被测导体为单匝初级绕组的环形变压器。
每只探头随附校正系数曲线图(与探头序列号对应),用于将测量的微伏读数转换为EMI微安值。当使用传统EMI仪表以高于1微伏的分贝值读数时,可通过该校正系数将测量值转换为高于1微安的分贝值。校正系数即为传输阻抗Zt的倒数。
注入探头
规范要求通过嵌装在被测导线周围的环形变压器次级,向线束及单根导线注入大功率高频电流。
应用说明
采用输出阻抗50Ω的大功率射频放大器为注入探头提供激励电压。穿过探头磁芯窗口的导线充当环形变压器的次级绕组。该测试方法旨在替代早期标准(如MIL-STD-461中的CS-01、CS-02和RS-02)。

固定窗口式:被测导线需穿绕通过磁芯窗口
分体环形设计:探头可开启并直接夹合在被测导线上
每只探头均基于其特定窗口尺寸的测试夹具进行插入损耗与传输阻抗校准。该类夹具(如Solar Type 9125-1,适用于32-44mm窗口探头)可提供低电压驻波比的信号通路。如需其他测试夹具详情,欢迎垂询。

技术信息
用于信号接收的电流探头本质是“插入式初级环形变压器”,连接至EMI接收机;而通过磁芯窗口向导线注入高频电流的注入探头则称为“插入式次级环形变压器”。
穿过探头窗口导线的最高耐受电压仅受导线绝缘强度限制;电流探头窗口可通过的最大初级电流见规格参数表(符号lp)。
注入探头的信号输入功率以瓦特为单位,具体数值载于规格参数表。
