我们系列的压控衰减器采用非反射式设计,衰减范围分别为32dB和64dB两种型号。该产品使用PIN二极管实现,工作频率覆盖0.25-16GHz,控制电压要求为0至+8VDC,可承受最大输入功率达+27dBm。这些衰减器具有双向传输特性:两个SMA端口均可作为输入端口使用。

pulsarmicrowave的压控PIN二极管线性化衰减器工作频段为0.25-16GHz,提供32dB和64dB两种衰减范围。每款型号均配备集成线性化器和控制衰减电平的驱动电路。该设计可实现无瞬态干扰的衰减电平切换,与传统直接数字控制衰减器在开关衰减值时产生的杂散输出形成鲜明对比。其传输函数特性为每伏特电压对应8dB衰减量。
