One or two heating and stirring zones can be configured to control the dissolution of batches of samples. Both heating temperatures and stirring times are computer controlled and samples are cooled prior to being automatically loaded into the viscometer. Typical sample throughput is 6 to 8 samples per hour with two measuring positions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">The PSL Rheotek RPV-1 (2) AutoPVC provides a reliable and precise system for measuring dilute solutions of polymers.<br \/>\nAuto systems not only combine the control of the sample preparation process but also the sample dissolution.<br \/>\nThe RPV Auto system controls the heating and stirring times of polymer solutions, as well as cooling prior to<br \/>\nmeasurement.<br \/>\nSample dissolution control is critical in order to ensure that polymer solutions, such as PVC, do not degrade prior<br \/>\nto measuring their intrinsic viscosity.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><br \/>\nThe RPV-1 Auto automates the manual steps set out in standard methods, minimizing the variability of results.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><span
