高强度双阳极铝 / 镁源，专为 XPS 和高压 XPS 实验优化。阳极、灯丝和源外壳的设计确保了最大的 X 射线强度，且阳极面之间的串扰极低。经过特殊配置的鼻锥能最大限度地接近样品。标准源中使用的双阳极可分别发射两种不同的特征 X 射线谱线：镁（1253 eV）和铝（1487 eV）—— 可根据要求提供其他涂层材料。
