触屏操控式电源，搭载双模式加热（电阻加热与电子轰击加热），运行效率优异。
该电源同样适用于喷射式蒸发源设备。设备内置 PID 温度控制器。
升温速率调节功能可精准控制样品温度，避免样品受损。通过设定电压与电流限值，还可防止样品过热。设备支持自动模式（带温度控制）与手动模式（无温度控制）两种运行方式。
