紧凑型、易用的提取器式离子源，具备束流聚焦功能。它主要用于样品表面清洁，而聚焦特性使其拥有更多可能。例如：在相同的样品距离下，它能够覆盖不同的样品区域；即便无法将离子源靠近样品，也能使用该离子源。此离子源可产生大于 200 微安 / 平方厘米（氩气）的离子电流，且束流轮廓为高斯型。离子枪的插入长度可根据个性化需求进行调整（范围在 143 毫米至 386 毫米之间，其他长度可按需定制）。
