GPD、IPD和CPD系列激光二极管模块为无内部光电二极管的激光二极管提供高稳定性自动功率控制(APC)。它们的波长为405–520纳米,输出功率为1 mW–50 mW。520纳米是532纳米DPSS绿光激光器的一种经济有效的替代方案。
GDP、IPD和CPD模块通过在TO-Can中增加一个外部光电二极管来提高没有内部光电二极管的激光二极管的稳定性。这种配置允许APC操作模式,这在这些波长的大多数竞争DPSS激光器上通常是不可用的。
