LST200-F40是我们最小的光学快门型号,配备两个位置传感器和4毫米孔径。该型号专为快速加工快门和即时响应的安全联锁应用而设计,在保证高效电能利用的同时实现了优异的固有响应速度。

F40适用于需要连续运行的场景,并已在实际应用中验证其可靠性——可无故障运行超过5亿次循环。其采用的专利柔性驱动技术确保了极高的运行可靠性。全铜结构封装能高效管理热传导,快速将热量传递至安装表面。

我们的光学快门和激光快门经过优化,可与CX4000B快门驱动器或基于24V直流设计的用户自建电路配合使用。用户自建电路可采用基于24V的典型电流驱动器或24V/PWM驱动电路,但需注意所选控制器/用户电路可能影响快门的切换速度和抖动控制性能。

热管理建议:

  • 高热量负载时,输入孔径端面为理想的热安装表面

  • 中低热量负载时,可采用底部安装面散热
