Motion Sensors正交输出双通道速度传感器–HD系列

HD系列正交输出传感器基于霍尔效应传感器技术,可以感应目标运动从真零到15KHz的变化。HD系列提供双通道输出,并在需要时提供定向逻辑。HD传感器的输出频率具有方形脉冲波形(数字),该波形与已感测到的涡轮叶片、轮齿等的数量直接相关。这些脉冲反过来可以相互关联以确定流速、RPM或速度。

HD传感器基于H系列,该系列在传感器中包含一个磁铁,使其能够感应黑色金属和磁铁目标。最大气隙感应距离通常为0.100〃,这些传感器可以进行优化,以检测精细和大间距目标

HD系列传感器由两个霍尔效应元件组成,用磁铁偏置,以检测铁靶齿轮旋转引起的磁场强度变化。当目标档位经过传感器元件A时,输出以目标档位的一半节距(P/2)从逻辑0切换到逻辑1。随着目标档位的继续,输出在齿轮节距(P)处从逻辑1切换到逻辑0。

传感器元件B与元件a的间距为目标齿轮节距(P/4)的四分之一。元件B的输出与元件a输出的偏移量为四分之一(P/4)。在电气方面,这会产生90°的相移。当齿轮沿逆时针方向转动时,输出A领先输出B。当齿轮沿顺时针方向转动,输出A落后于输出B。以上描述只是解释HD系列传感器的基本操作的理论理想模型。物理世界的现实,如机械公差、磁场变化和其他物理现象,会导致与理想模型的偏差。

为了获得最佳性能,需要将传感器与目标旋转对齐,以确保霍尔效应元件与磁场的正确定向

我们的Quadrature传感器采用12节距齿轮进行校准和测试。传感器壳体上的对准标记基于12变桨齿轮。如果使用具有不同节距的齿轮,则对准标记应仅用作起点,并且应在安装过程中旋转传感器,同时监测输出,以获得正确的正交信号。
