RPS-412A 是一款高精度模拟超声波传感器（25°C 时为 ±0.002 英寸或量程的 0.05%，以较大者为准），分辨率为 0.0005 英寸。传感器使用位于传感器前面的温度补偿杆每秒监测和补偿空气温度 50 次。 RPS-412A 有两种版本：模拟电流输出或模拟电压输出。
RPS-412A 旨在利用当今的 PLC 和计算机模拟输入卡。模拟输入卡将决定系统的分辨率。模数转换至少应具有 14 位分辨率。编程到 PLC 或计算机中的数值将确定零位和量程。
