LohnStar的腔衰荡腔镜均为全介质反射镜,采用独家工艺生产,可将散射与吸收损耗降至极低水平。这类反射镜的反射率通常可达 99.99% 以上。散射和吸收损耗会随波长变化,最低可至约 10ppm。依托专属工艺,其产品能实现极致优异的衰荡时长。
二十余年来,LohnStar研发出一套独特工艺,可制备出散射与吸收损耗极低的光学镀膜。凭借该工艺以及丰富的行业经验,我们能够定制设计超低损耗反射镜镀膜,产品适用波段覆盖 1 微米至 15 微米,可满足各类腔衰荡相关应用场景。该类反射镜最常用的基底材料包括硒化锌、硅以及熔石英。选择合适的基底材料与技术参数,和镀膜工艺同等关键。
