Kimball Physics氧化钡涂层圆盘阴极是一种微光、低温热离子发射器。ES-015、ES-064和ES-066的阴极结构由涂有氧化钡(BaO)的圆盘基板组成，该基板通过钨发夹传导加热，并安装在工业标准陶瓷AEI底座或紧凑型Kimball Physics陶瓷底座上。其他基地可在定制的基础上。
