innolume, 增益芯片

innolume, 增益芯片是构建可调谐二极管激光器或高稳定外腔二极管激光器不可替代的增益介质元件。增益芯片类似于激光二极管芯片,除了它在一个或两个面上具有深度抗反射涂层,这显著增加了自激射的阈值或消除了自激射。

典型的外腔二极管激光器配置是利特罗腔和利特曼/梅特卡夫腔。对于利特罗配置,衍射光栅以所需波长的光沿入射光束衍射回来的方式安装。

通过旋转光栅来扫描波长。通常使用腔内消色差透镜将扩展光束准直到光栅的相对较大的区域上。零级衍射光束可以用作输出激光束。Innolume增益芯片产品线细分为两大类:

  • 单侧光学接入(A型和B型)
  • 双面光学访问(C型和D型)

在输出功率从外腔向外耦合的方案中,单侧光接入增益芯片是理想的操作元件。通常,它们以TO-can封装形式提供。

双面光接入增益芯片可以用于允许功率直接从增益芯片端面耦合输出以减少光损耗的方案中,或者用于放大的光学方案中。
