提供高质量热电冷却光电导碲镉汞MCT探测器
它们具有高性能且操作简便。标准探测器在2µm到5µm波长范围内进行了优化。扩展范围探测器则在5µm以上的波长区域内运行。光学增强型探测器提供了反射型和折射型光学元件,以提高这些设备的收集效率。这些探测器的增强响应度和D*值,依赖于光学组件重新聚焦本可能未直接入射到探测器元件上的能量。因此,这些设备最适合用于入射能量为准直或发散的应用场景。光学增强探测器特别适合用于光纤应用。
探测器安装在两级、三级或四级制冷器的TO型封装中,如下表所示。封装中包含一个经过校准的热敏电阻,以实现准确的温度监测和/或温度控制。封装使用焊接窗口和焊接盖进行密封,并且充入惰性气体以提高制冷器的工作效率。
