ATR板规格:
内反射(ATR)元件(IRE)的尺寸由其长度(l)、宽度(w)和厚度(t)给出。从入口孔径中心到出口孔径中心的IIR长度决定了反射的数量,N.。
N=(l/t)tanθ
如果l保持不变,则无需重新调整附件即可更换不同厚度的板。
注意,对于l=50 mm和θ=45°度,叶尖到叶尖的长度,l(t-t)=l+t。对于t=2,该长度为52 mm,对于t=1 mm,该长度为51 mm。
