FID普克尔盒驱动电源,峰值电压从100 V ~ 20 KV,脉宽从纳秒级(ns)到皮秒级(ps)。
最高重复频率可以达到100MHz,可以根据客户需求定制包括 方波,正弦波,双极性等任意的脉冲波形,且保证输出极高的信号与波形质量,抖动低至20ps以内,整个脉冲电源系统的转换效率高于90%, 且采用全固态器件设计,具有极高的稳定性,超长的使用寿命以及紧凑且轻便的体积尺寸。

FDS系列普克尔盒驱动电源,专用于实验室测试和研发的台式脉冲电源,采用基于全固态的器件,输出脉冲上升沿从100ps到5ns可调(可定制更宽的范围),最大峰值电压为1 ~ 10 KV,脉冲宽度从0.2ns到数十微妙可选;FDS系列普克尔盒驱动电源的最高重复脉冲可以超过10KHz;触发方式可以选择内部或者外部触发。所有FDS系列普克尔盒驱动电源尺寸紧凑:300 * 200 * 120mm。

FDM系列普克尔盒驱动模块采用极紧凑的设计理念,可以紧靠着普克尔盒,缩短电源输出到Pockels cell之间的脉冲传输距离,极大的降低平均功耗。其半宽高的脉冲宽度为3-6ns,脉冲峰值电压为5-14KV,最大重复脉冲为100KHz,可以驱动4-6pf的负载(Pockels cell)。但是,FDM系列普克尔盒驱动模块额外需要250-500V的DC/DC开关电源作为输入,以及20-30V的外部触发脉冲。

FDM-W普克尔盒驱动电源与FDM系列类似,但是FDM-W普克尔盒驱动电源可以使用2个电源模块同时驱动同一个普克尔盒(Pockels cell),这样可以在极短的时间内产生2个同样的高压脉冲信号(由两个驱动模块分别产生),相邻的脉冲时延可以在20ns到us级可调。
