Cutting machine with high length precision and high production speed equipped with
parallel driven belt-feed supported by three bearings.
Application
The machine is made for cutting cables, flat cables, synthetic and insulation tubes,
lighting wires as well as other thin problematic materials.
Height of feeder opening max. 30mm, width of feeder opening max. 50mm
Control Unit and programm comfort:
- 16 Bit-microcontroller of a memory capacity of 128 MB, AC-servo technics
- The new electronic unit is operated by a plastic-foil keyboard equipped with a
display of 4 lines and not sensitive to dirt.
It's optionally possible to communicate pieces of loop information to other machines
integrated into a production line via CAN Bus System.

The following values can be item-specifically programmed:
Number of pieces, batch quantity, length, length correction, cutting time, batch
quantity waiting time, acceleration and braking down of the belt feed, maximum
speed 0 - approx. 3m /sec. (depending on the design and the material).

The software includes item or order processing such as harness production of
up to 100 single positions per job.
The installed compact flash card with a memory capacity of 128 MB permits
memorizing production programmes of up to 30.000.

The machine is equipped with detection of cable end.

Feeding system
The belt feed supported by three bearings protects the material while being
transported.
Pneumatic opening, clamping pressure adjustable by pressure regulator with display.
Depending on the material there are different belts available.
Cutting Unit

HSS-tool steel.
Other kinds of blades are optionally available such as hard metal or coated with
