New SITMA pivoting hopper feeder. This item has a quick release
system in order to turn the feeder round 90° in a matter of seconds.
It is supplied on its own electronic base with wheels. It is also
equipped with both air suction and mechanical gripper and can handle
products ranging from single sheet to with paper weight of 60gsm to a
stitched article of a maximum 8 mm thickness. Also equipped with one
set of missing and double feed detection controls.
Also incorporated is a patented powered knockdown brush to ensure
positive product placement on to raceway and also to prevent rollovers

The New Sitma Friction Feeder is independently driven by servo motor
drive. All settings are automatically adjusted using the latest PLC
control system. It can be positioned anywhere along the base module.
Product counting and accumulating and dropping on request.
It also includes one set of missing and double feed detection
controls.

Automatic wrapping machine with a maximum mechanical speed of up to 20.000 copies per hour for products up to a maximum height of 60 mm. The machine is also equipped with two film reel holders, placed outside the machine, for reels up to 600 mm in diameter and with end of film reel indicated by a warning light. Also includes film guides
with side rollers, conveyor belt, rubber pressure rollers, adjustable according to height, cross and counter sealer bars and push button control for automatic centering of the cross sealer bar. The sealing
and cutting operations of the sealing jaws operate through its own exclusive movement foreseen for "heavy duty purposes". All side guides and wrapping machine set up are adjustable through a servo drive system for quick make ready. Electrical connections on all moving parts, particularly on the sealer bar, are special "heavy
duty" joints. Control of logical function is through a plc with an interactive pivoting operating panel. The machine is driven by a DC motor. Also includes remote reel stand for ease of high-speed operation.
