孵育器摇动器允许您同时孵育和摇动(或摇动)样品。这对贴壁细胞培养很重要,当悬浮细胞需要运动以防止它们粘附到底部或邻近细胞,加上生长所需的热量。因为不需要打开培养箱并转移样品进行摇动,所以在整个过程中可以保持样品的温度,并且避免了光照和污染。实验室选择Inheco的单板培养箱振荡器,其软件和验证工具的多功能性和精确性。
节省空间
不需要培养箱和摇床。Inheco孵化机摇床可以放在甲板上或甲板下,以节省空间。它通过自己的内部控制器进行调节。其自动打开和关闭的门将样品板移出,即使只有该部分伸入液体处理平台的工作区域,也能实现甲板上的自动化应用。
