A Useful, Simple, and Affordable stopped-flow sample handling unit for use with any OLIS
DSM CD spectrometer so as to follow rapid-mixing reactions.
The stopped-flow has a short deadtime (5-10 milliseconds) and can be used with syringes of the same or different sizes (0.5 mL to 5 mL) for 1:1 to 1:11 ratio work. Pathlength is 2 mm.
Can be used to acquire absorbance stopped-flow results, too. Specify syringes size at the time of purchase, or a pair of 2.5 mL will be supplied.
