The above mentioned drum hoop mixer will be checked and documented acc. to the

following items of our OQ plan:

- technological plan of procedures

- testing without product

Our qualification report can be amended by the customer.

The extra charge is subject to change according to the customer's requests

for amendments.

If desired, the qualification tests can be carried out at the customer's site.

In this case the costs of travel will be charged in addition.
