Hi-Efficiency Circular Vibroscreen Separator
The proposed system is suitable for operation in an hazardous environment.
- Base, motor support table, motor mounting wedges: carbon steel painted RAL 5015;
- Epoxy carbon steel heavy duty springs with urethane mounts;
- Vibratory Motor: Italvibras VB 15/3000-D-VW-B 2.8 Kw, 400 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz with adjustable amplitude of vibration - II2D Ex tb IIIC T150 °C Db;
- 8'' Discharge (Base) Frame with one ø250 mm lateral discharge spout;
- Screen: One (1) 40 mesh, 304 Stainless steel screen welded at the frame;
- Ball tray assembly: including 50 mm spacing frame, extension tie-down Assembly, clamp-ring-assembly and nr.200 rubber balls; - Neoprene seals/gaskets;
- 8'' Intermediate Frame with internal funnel and one ø250 mm lateral discharge spout;
- Screen: One (1) 20 mesh, 304 Stainless steel screen welded at the frame;
- Ball tray assembly: including 50 mm spacing frame, extension tie-down Assembly, clamp-ring-assembly and nr.200 rubber balls;
- Neoprene seals/gaskets;
- 8'' Intermediate Frame with internal funnel and one ø250 mm lateral discharge spout;
- Screen: One (1) 8 mesh, 304 Stainless steel screen welded at the frame;
- Ball tray assembly: including 50 mm spacing frame, extension tie-down Assembly, clamp-ring-assembly and nr.200 rubber balls; - Neoprene seals/gaskets;
- 6'' Top Spacing Frame with one ø250 mm lateral discharge spout;
- Clamp ring assembly complete of bolts;
- Lid/Cover assembly: with one inlet port ø250 mm and one inspection port ø127 mm closed with rubber plug, 304 Stainless Steel;
- Grounding system for all decksand frames;
- Inlet conenction for gas inhertization by Nitrogen;
Material contact parts: 304 stainless steel - DIN 1.4301;
Material non contact parts: carbon steel painted RAL 5015;
Internal welds Specs: Welds continuous and ground smooth;
Final Finish: Glass Beading Blasting Ra<2.5.
