普克尔斯盒
普克尔斯盒的工作需要特殊的脉冲,其振幅从几百伏到几十千伏,脉冲持续时间从几百皮秒到几百纳秒。FID GmbH开发了一系列特殊的脉冲发生器,用于驱动普克尔斯盒Pockels Cell.
最高重复频率可以达到100MHz,可以根据客户需求定制包括 方波,正弦波,双极性等任意的脉冲波形,且保证输出极高的信号与波形质量,抖动低至20ps以内,整个脉冲电源系统的转换效率高于90%, 且采用全固态器件设计,具有极高的稳定性,超长的使用寿命以及紧凑且轻便的体积尺寸。FID专用于驱动普克尔盒的脉冲电源主要包括:FDS系列,FDH系列,FDM系列,FDM-W系列,FDM-K系列,FDM-U系列,FDL系列,以及FDG等系列。这些脉冲发生器设计用于控制普克尔斯盒的性能,电容从1 pF到10000 pF,或承载5-400欧姆的电阻负载。
