Cable System / Power Supply
for Gantry Crane "Double Beam"
* The Gantry Crane will be delivered ready-to-operate.
* Incl. test protocol of electrical devices according to DIN VDE 0701/0702,
BetrSichV, BGV A 3 (issued by our Electrical-Master-Company).
* Power supply 400 V / 16 Amp. 50 hz, 5-pole with switch (lockable).
* Phase inverter CEE-connector, 5-pole.
* PUR-Spiral cable.
* The electrical connection for the chain hoist is made using a
plug and socket connection, 6-pole (Protection class DIN EN 60 529 IP55).
* All electrical components are appropriate for internal and external
operating conditions.
ATTENTION:
While using the electrified Alu-Gantry-Crane in external condition it is
important to ensure that it is connected to an electric circuit with an
appropriate ground-fault-circuit-interrupter.
Please also make sure that there is no water ingress at the electrical
components while the Crane is not in use (risk of corrosion / functional disorders).
* We will attach a connecting piece incl. high-yield shackle onto the
Trolley of the aluminium crane. The electrical chain hoist will be
mounted on that connecting piece.
Due to the construction dimensions of the case the electrical chain
hoist will not fit between the Double Beam therefore this connecting
piece is necessary if you use an electrical chain hoist.
Beam profile 200x50 mm:
clear width between the two beams 260 mm
Beam profile 220x60 mm:
clear width between the two beams 250 mm
=> The suspension point at bolt of the trolley will be reduced at 200-260 mm.Cable System / Power Supply
