Low/High Temperature/Low Pressure Reaction Chamber for the Praying Mantis, UV-Vis configuration. Operates at temperatures from -150°C to 600°C (under vacuum); pressures to 133 kPa, vacuum to 0.133 mPa (10E-6 torr). Includes standard dome window assembly with three UV-grade fused silica windows (window dimensions 15 mm diameter x 2 mm thick). Can convert to FTIR operation by installing Item 3 above, HVC dome window assembly with two ZnSe windows and one UV-quartz window.
Operational note: This accessory is too tall to fit within the Hitachi UH4150 sample compartment with the cover closed, and will need to be draped during operation to prevent stray light.
