The proposed system is suitable for operation in a non-hazardous environment.

- Base, motor support table, motor mounting wedges: carbon steel painted RAL

5012;

- Epoxy carbon steel heavy duty springs with urethane mounts;

- Vibratory Motor: Italvibras 2 kW, 400 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz with adjustable

amplitude of vibration;

- 8'' Discharge (Base) Underpan Frame with one ø250 mm lateral discharge

spout;

- Screen: One (1) mesh opening 2,8 mm, 304 stainless steel screen welded with

silicone plate;

- Balls tray assembly: including 50 mm spacing frame, coarse support mesh,

extension tie-down Assembly, clamp-ring-assembly and nr.200 silicone balls;

- 8'' Deep Top Spacing Frame with one ø250 mm lateral discharge spout;

- Silicone seals/gaskets;

- Clamp V-ring assembly with bolts;

- Cover assembly with inlet port ø250 mm and inspection port ø127 mm closed

with white plug;

Material contact parts: 304 stainless steel - DIN 1.4301;

Material non-contact parts: carbon steel painted RAL 5012;

Internal welds Specs: Welds continuous and ground smooth;

Final Finish: Glass Beads Blasting Ra<2.5;
