Mobile dust extractor for direct connection to working machines
The extractor is built up of the following components:
Unit design:
Fan unit:
- Clean air side high performance centrifugal fan
with statically and dynamically balanced impeller
- Air technically ideal designed spiral housing
- Sound insulated fan housing
- Removable housing cover for easy inspection
- Operation terminal with Display at the front of the unit
for easy and comfortable handling of the dust extractor
Filter unit:
- Integrated impact separator to protect the filter cartridges
against direct particle loading. Thereby the running-life
and life-time of the filters will be increased.
- Long life filter cartridges according to dust classification "M", antistatic
Dedusting of the filter cartridges by a fully automatic jet pulse
cleaning system (external compressed air supply (oil- and waterfree)
is necessary, compressed air requirement approx. 60-80 l/min)
- tiltable housing cover allows easy maintenance and filter
replacement
Dust collection bin:
- Detachable, movable dust collection bin
with inserted. lockable dust collection cartons
(content approx. 42 liters)
