Our BUSE BJP 140S dry ice pelletizer belongs to a new generation of machines. It cost-effectively produces high-quality dry ice pellets in line with the requirements of industrial producers. Its nominal output is 140 kg of dry ice pellets per hour (for 3 mm pellets). These pellets are ideal for blast cleaning or refrigeration.
User-friendly operation
Thanks to their modern control systems, our dry ice pelletizers are extremely easy and safe to operate. All key parameters are monitored and displayed on the electronic operator panel. The precise production time required can be entered in accordance with the size of the dry ice container. The automatic start-up sequence rapidly brings the machine up to full capacity. This minimizes CO2 losses on start-up.
High-quality design
The pellets are compacted at high force by a low-wear hydraulic compressor. This produces pellets of exactly the right hardness and durability for use as blasting or cooling media. The pelletizer’s housing is made of robust aluminium sections and removable, soundproofed aluminium composite panelling, which provide the compressor unit with optimum protection. The scope of supply includes a freely selectable extrusion plate for producing pellets with diameters of 3, 10 or 16 mm. Other plates are available on request.
