Exclusive two syringe design titration system for use with cuvettes with pathlengths of arbitrary length and diameter, making it ideal for use for CD as well as absorbance and fluorescence.

Features complete mixing outside of measuring cuvette, volumes based on measuring pathlength, arbitrary detection ratio between sample and titrant, and user-selectable delay times between mixing and measurement. Sample is 'mixed and stored' in an external syringe until time of optical measurement; and volume to be measured will be precisely what is needed to fill cuvette (any 'overflow' will remain in mixing/ storage syringe). In-line pH microelectrode can be positioned within flow line from storage syringe to sample cell. All mixing is achieved with computerized infusion/ withdrawal cycles from the storage syringe to measuring cuvette. User to select cuvette pathlength at time of purchase. One cuvette is provided in purchase price of titrator; additional sizes can be ordered to extend the applicability of the instrument.
