Application:
\nThe Arcospot<\/a>\u00ae PGS 062<\/a> device is used for the in-line pre-treatment of moulded parts, profiles, adhesion
\ngrooves and folded boxes. Treatment speeds exceeding 200m\/min. (per electrode head) can be achieved.
\nThe treatment clearance from the surface of the material is approx. 6-10mm.<\/p>\n

Design:
\nThe device comprises the semi-conductor generator with an external transformer for a generation of
\nhigh-voltage and the electrode heads for the spark discharge (plasma). The connection between the
\ntransformer and the generator is of a plug-in design. The electrode heads are connected to the transformer
\nby a hose which comprises the high-voltage and the compressed air lines. Both of the heads can be triggered
\nseparately, enabling them to be used on two separate production lines
\nThe electronics are of a modular design and the individual modules are of a plug-in design.
\nThe connections for the signal inputs and outputs are on connectors (industrial standard) so that they can be
\ncontrolled via an overriding system.
