target=\"_blank\">OADM<\/a>\uff09\u91c7\u7528\u8584\u819c\u9540\u819c\u6280\u672f\u548c\u65e0\u710a\u5242\u91d1\u5c5e\u952e\u5408\u5fae\u5149\u5b66\u5c01\u88c5\u4e13\u5229\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5bf9ITU\u6807\u51c6\u6ce2\u957f\u7684\u5149\u4fe1\u53f7\u5206\u63d2\u3002\u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b26\u5408ITU\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u901a\u9053\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6ce2\u957f\uff0c\u5177\u5907\u4f4e\u63d2\u5165\u635f\u8017\u3001\u9ad8\u901a\u9053\u9694\u79bb\u5ea6\u3001\u5bbd\u901a\u5e26\u3001\u4f4e\u6e29\u5ea6\u654f\u611f\u6027\u53ca\u5149\u8def\u65e0\u80f6\u5408\u7b49\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u901a\u4fe1\u7f51\u7edc\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u6ce2\u957f\u5206\u63d2\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p
