PSL Rheotek RPV-1 (2) HT Auto PP/PE - two positions fully automated dilute solution viscometer suitable for use at 135 deg. C.
Auto configuration is suitable for Low and medium density samples only.
Modular system is supplied with integrated sample preparation (including 4 d.p. precision balance and syringe pump), sample dissolution heating and stirring block (8 positions), temperature controlled bath, RPV control module with high temperature valves, custom auto sampler with heated sample path, two measuring heads with auto filling stations, solvent containers, PIAB pump (requires compressed air) and PC control system with RPV-1 HT software (including the calculation of all dilute solution viscosity results). Suitable for determining the reduced viscosity and intrinsic viscosity of polyethylenes and polypropylenes at 135 deg. C in dilute solution in accordance with ISO 1628 Part 3. Recommended accessories (SIL-OIL/HT) silicone bath oil and (ISO 1628 AKV) glass viscometers.
