The sieve box is completely closed. The screening machine is equipped with two covers on the top which were held with quick clamps.
The cover on the outlet side serves as a show opening. The cover on the inlet side provides the inlet neck.
The screening machine is built on rubber hollow springs on a well-to-clean base frame made of round tube.
The sieve insert is put in at the front side of the sieve box and pressed upwards by means of clamping angles from the outside by star grips.
The opening for the screen insert is sealed dust-tight with an ergonomic cover via quick clamps and two star grips.
To adapt the machine to different product properties the screen inclination (3° to 7°, Standard: 5°), vibration motor tilt angle (from 15° to 75°,
or parallel to the screening surface) and the oscillation amplitude can all be regulated.
