Flow Range: 15 to 800 SLPS (32 to 1695 SCFM) Assumes local barometric pressure 99 kPa, 21.1°C and 36% RH
Flow Measurement: The System will use (5) Bi-directional manually interchangeable Orifice Plates.
Accuracy: Estimated to be better than +/-0.75% of reading with traceability to NIST standards.
Repeatability: Estimated to be better than +/-0.5% as defined as 2 standard deviations divided by the mean of 20 identical samples.
Vehicle Pressure Range: 125 to 1,000 Pa (0.5 to 4.0 In. H2O @ 4°C) (13 to101.6 mm H2O @ 4°C)
Accuracy: +/- 0.4% to +/- 0.2% of reading with traceability to NIST standards.
Instrumentation: Measurement and compensation for ambient conditions of pressure, temperature and humidity.
Cycle Time: 30 to 60 seconds depending on percent of maximum capacity.
Connecting Hardware from Test Stand to Vehicle:
Air Flow: 8 inch diameter hose 30 feet long.
Pressure Line: ¼” OD poly tube 30 feet long.

Specifications: Windows 7 Professional, 4.0 GB Memory, Intel Core 2 Duo, 500 GB hard drive, 24” Widescreen Monitor.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): FLOW SYSTEMS standard FAT will be completed on each system prior to shipment and a certificate of completion will be provided. Optional customer witness and demonstration of FAT for 1 day is included. Travel and local living expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Facilities: 380-480 VAC 50/60Hz 3Ø 37 Amp. A lockable service disconnect will be provided.
Note: Customer to verify the electrical supply at facility with purchase order.
